The panel Estimation & Design solution is designed in a user friendly manner such that detailed knowledge for costing and the need of CAD software is eliminated. Its estimation module along with data base backup and all possible panel executions helps in estimation of over 100 boards in less that 6-8 hrs. Its automated front view design software with drag & drop / auto arrange / Swap panels features for feeder of MCC and PCC with multiple incomers is an example of latest IT application in the most efficient way for control panel design. A customized scheme drawing software helps in drafting of wiring drawings with ease and which is error free. Auto component selections and cross referencing further speeds-up the process of drafting. List of pending purchase orders to be generated item wise, date wise, work order wise, supplier wise, due date wise and value wise. 8. Purchase Order Printing, authentication in soft copy, value of PO based on login. 9. Auto-authentication of purchase order based on order form and BOM. 10. Auto PO for BOM items and general items based on supplier, minimum stock; reorder qty, budget / estimated cost etc. 11. Vendor rating, order form and present review format to be included in the software. C. General 1. Inventory program is based for multi-location application. 2. All masters need approval and can be updated in master only after approval. 3. Costing of each work order. 4. Closing of work order for raw materials and order closing. 5. Production planning and WIP. 6. Any master created in system should have provision for approval. 7. Provision for work order related cost control for transport, packing, tools and labor charges. 8. Verification of purchase invoice for payment. D. Excise 1. Excise gate pass for sales, repair, spares, and services, return of free supply inputs, export, and exhumations. 2. All excise records like RG, PLA, 57F2 etc. 3. All monthly returns of excise as per present rules. 4. Auto Updating of excuse registers based on modvat entry and sales / service invoices. 5. Scrape records. 6. Value of excise duty based on purchase and sales. E.
