Direct Information Pvt Ltd (doing business as Directi) is a privately held company founded in 1998. The company focus centers around commoditising Volume based web services such as Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Content Management etc and selling these Products/Services through Resellers to Customers worldwide. Through a growing Reseller network of over 26, 200 Resellers, we serve a customer base in over 236 countries. With a 200% monthly growth, we have the most comprehensive suite of Web Automation tools. Our Service Portfolio includes Domain Name Registration, Payment Gateway Services, Web Hosting, Colocation, Digital Certificates, Managed DNS Services, Domain Forwarding, Mail Solutions and various other services.

Directi is a strong supporter of the Opensource community, OpenSource Software and Opensource Fundamentals. A large portion of our software work is either Open Source, or derives from/extends existing Open Source software. Our work culture and methodology largely derives from Project Management principles and philosophies of the Open Source community

Last Mile Control:
We firmly believe in offering maximum control to the last mile. All our Product and Services have been designed with extremely easy-to-use web based interfaces that allow the Customer complete control over his account. This minimises Support and Servicing costs associated with any Web Service

Reseller Co-Branding/Partnering:
Our core competence is managing Technology. We intend to stick by our competence. Early on we realised and focussed on building Volume-based web services that can be used by all and sundry. We also very clearly understood that with the kind of global potential that our services had it is best to sell these services through Resellers who could take care of Local/Last mile Support, Billing, Client Servicing, allowing us to focus on our Core Competence - BUILDING GREAT TECHNOLOGY. We offer Domain Name Registration of a large number of gTLDs (.Com, .Net, .Org, .Biz, .Info) and ccTLDs (.Tv, .Cc, .Nu, .Bz). We offer 128 bit Digital Certificates of Verisign and Thawte at wholesale prices. We offer Web Hosting solutions, Dedicated Server Hosting, Colocation plans. We have a tie-up with various Datacenters around the world and have over 90 operational Servers colocated in these datacenters. We also have our own Payment Gateway, which is the only one of its kind in the country to offer Master Merchant Payment Gateway solutions for websites. Our payment gateway solution allows any website to start accepting online payments from their website for Products/Services without requiring any technical knowledge or high investment. Our integration process has been heralded as one of the easiest in the country.
