New Year Tech, Inc. (NYT), was founded in 1989 and later awarded status as a certified Small Business Administration 8(a) Company in 1997. Central to our business philosophy is our goal to be an industry leader in our core business areas by ensuring we provide high quality and cost-effective services which fully meet the needs of our government and commercial clients nationwide.

NYT was established and continues as an innovator in inventory and asset management services leveraging the technology of automatic identification and the PC (personal computer) to perform inventories and provide services for facility managers, warehouse managers, and warehousing and inventory technicians. NYT has nationwide experience with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing procedures for asset tracking via automatic identification facilitated through a PC. NYT continues to advance with technology and grow in this area; providing asset management and inventory services as well as off?the-shelf and customized software solutions of the highest quality to our clients.

While maintaining a high level of client satisfaction in the asset management department, New Year Tech has recently expanded into other business areas. In 2002, NYT obtained its first government contract to provide animal care services for the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Under this contract and its successor in early 2004, NYT continues to successfully provide a wide range of life science support including, but not limited to: animal husbandry, medical research, animal transportation, and scientific support.

In 2003, New Year Tech expanded into transportation services providing shuttle services to U.S Department of Education in Washington D.C. As with our other business areas, we will seek continued growth in this area based on the provision of consistently high-quality and cost-effective transportation services to our clients.

Although a small, minority owned business, NYT has demonstrated its potential to provide quality services in a number of areas to a variety of clients nationwide. NYT has been recognized by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for its efforts, both as a prime- and sub-contractor. Although NYT is a small, minority owned business, its expertise in cradle-to-grave inventory and property management solutions utilizing bar coding and other automatic identification (AutoID) technologies makes NYT one of the leaders in this growing high-tech service oriented industry.
