Description :
This software is meant for small / medium scale hospitals which are managed by the Doctors themselves. funtionally, it provides everything from a prescription to the balence sheet. It helps in redusing skilled manpower and enables the Doctors maintain a tight control over the cash flow.
The modules taking care of the OPD and IPD sections are linked up the accounts module. Databases of referring doctors, drugs, diagnosis and oprations are automatically created.
The other moudules are Mailing list, Public relations, Office assistant and equipment maintanance.
The reports and documents which can be generated by OPD and IPD modules are :
The Accunts module is linked to the previous modules, thus eliminating the need for entering the receipts and bills again. Only the expense side has to be entered for the Doctor to have an up-to-date balance sheet at any time. This module generates all the reports for the C.A. and IT returns.
The mailing list module facilites printing and mailing lables, envelopes, mailers & mail merged letters.
The office assistant module facilitates tasks viz. payroll and shift scheduling, incoming - outgoing letters, records etc.
The Equipment Maintenance module reports on the preventive requierements of the hospital equipments.
